美女檢察官 教象隊防打假球

由台北士林地檢署「年輕辣妹」檢察官蔡麗清主講的法治教育課，昨天備受兄弟象球員好評。她運用情境式入題與球員互動，上課不枯燥，象隊球員都感受獲益匪淺。

年輕時髦的女檢察官蔡麗清昨赴象隊春訓基地龍潭球場上課，她以聊天方式談防賭，例如，遇到組頭的朋友來電怎麼辦？王勝偉說：「可以錄音。」蔡檢察官認為：「這是很好的自保方法之一，也可以趕緊回報球團。」

蔡檢察官也以「在外地比賽時，有可疑人士接近怎麼辦？」球員的多樣說法，反而激發許多面對危險的解決方案，變成檢察官列入教材的範本。

蔡檢察官強調：「以往的假球案件幾乎是以詐欺或賭博等罪起訴，判刑較輕；現在已經改用『運動彩券發行條例』辦理假球案件，刑責也加重至3年以上、10年以下有期徒刑。」士林地檢署今年也會不定期派出對職棒有興趣的檢察官協助防範賭博案。
